We source our botanicals from their native growth regions to ensure maximum therapeutic potency. For example, our Lavender is harvested in Provence (France), our Tea Tree is sourced from Australia, and our Peppermint is grown in fertile regions of India. We work exclusively with farmers committed to sustainable agriculture.
Are your essential oils organic?
Many of our botanical sources are certified organic or grown using clean, pesticide-free practices. While we list organic origins whenever certified, our primary promise is 100% purity, clean chemical profiles, and zero chemical additives in every bottle.

How do I diffuse essential oils safely?
Add 3 to 5 drops of your preferred essenceKRAFT oil to an ultrasonic diffuser filled with clean water. Diffuse in well-ventilated spaces for 30 to 60 minutes. Avoid continuous diffusion all day, especially in small closed rooms or around pets.
Can I apply essenceKRAFT essential oils directly to my skin?
Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts. Except for extreme single-drop emergency cases, you should always dilute essential oils in a carrier oil (like Jojoba, Sweet Almond, or Coconut oil) before skin application to prevent sensitization or irritation. Are your essential oils safe for consumption?
No. In accordance with professional aromatherapy guidelines, we do not recommend or support ingesting essential oils. Highly concentrated oils can irritate the delicate mucous membranes of the mouth, esophagus, and digestive tract.

How do you test and verify the purity of your oils?
Each batch of essenceKRAFT oils is subjected to strict organoleptic and laboratory testing. We check for botanical identity, consistency, density, refractive index, and screen for contaminants or synthetic dilutions, guaranteeing therapeutic-grade purity.
Can I use your essential oils around dogs and cats?
Pets have a much higher sensitivity to aromatic compounds. Some essential oils (like Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Cinnamon, and Citrus oils) are toxic to dogs and cats. If diffusing, do so in open rooms where your pets can leave freely, and never apply essential oils topically to your pets without veterinary consultation.
What is the shelf life of your essential oils?
When stored in a cool, dark place in our UV-protected amber glass bottles, most citrus oils have a shelf life of 1 to 2 years due to rapid oxidation. Floral, herbal, and woody oils can remain highly potent for 3 to 5 years.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Domestic deliveries within India typically take 3 to 6 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link (via SMS/email) once your shipment is dispatched.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to the hygienic nature of pure personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened bottles. However, if your bottle arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to hello@essencekraft.in within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will dispatch a replacement immediately.
Can I track my order status?
