Domestic Shipping
We deliver to over 19,000 pin codes across India. Flat shipping fee of ₹60 is applied on orders below ₹999. Free shipping is provided automatically on all orders above ₹999.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Deliveries to metro cities typically take 3-4 business days, while tier-2/3 cities and remote regions take 5-7 business days.
Order Processing & Tracking
All orders are packed and shipped from our state-of-the-art storage facility in Mysore, Karnataka. We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or national holidays.
As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS containing your Airway Bill (AWB) number and courier details (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, or Professional Couriers).
Return & Replacement Policy
Because essential oils are pure, hygiene-sensitive extracts, we do not accept returns or product exchanges on opened or unsealed bottles.
If your package arrived damaged, leaked, or if you received incorrect products, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us at hello@essencekraft.in with:
- Your Order ID.
- A photograph of the outer carton box and the damaged/incorrect product inside.
Upon verifying the details, our support team will dispatch a brand-new replacement bottle or issue a store credit refund within 24 hours.
Delivery Exceptions & Issues
If our courier partner attempts delivery and cannot complete it due to an incorrect phone number or address details, the package will be returned to our facility. We will reach out to you to verify correct details and re-ship the product. Additional re-shipping charges of ₹60 may apply for customer address mistakes.
